Requirements
- At least 2 years of outbound sales experience.
- Proficiency in email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and video outreach tools.
- Experience in identifying and researching target companies and decision-makers.
- Ability to build and maintain clean prospect lists.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting outreach goals, including booked-call numbers and reply rates.
- Experience with Instantly, Clay, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmail, and Loom.
- Comfortable managing a full stack of sales outreach channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline target by booking 10 to 15 qualified calls per month for the AE team.
- Build lists by identifying and researching target companies and decision-makers based on an ideal customer profile.
- Source, scrub, and verify contact data to ensure effective outreach.
- Draft and execute multi-channel outreach including cold emails, LinkedIn messages, cold calls, and Loom video messaging.
- Manage and track outreach volume, reply rates, and booked calls to report on performance.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide necessary context for AE handoffs.
