- Proficiency in Adobe.
- Proven ability to learn new software programs.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends as required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze alerts and system performance across all monitoring and asset management software.
- Create new work orders and provide timely updates in CMMS.
- Coordinate with and assist field teams with onsite troubleshooting.
- Communicate with clients for required work task approvals.
- Perform SEL relay remote communication and event retrieval.
- Manage transfer of information between Data Acquisition Systems (DAS), CMMS, and ESS data room.
- Participate in client meetings and attend relevant technical training.
- Manage and maintain ESS file structure and workflow functions.
