Requirements
- Knowledge of vendor management practices, including experience with third-party providers, service level agreements (SLAs), contracts, or vendor performance management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience building productive relationships and influencing outcomes across internal teams and external vendor partners.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection.
- Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with reporting, data visualization, business intelligence, process improvement, or process automation tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs related to vendor-supported systems, services, and processes.
- Lead cross-functional efforts related to system enhancements, implementations, process improvements, and testing activities.
- Monitor vendor performance, contractual commitments, and service level expectations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide meaningful business insights.
