Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in telecom operations, business process consulting, transformation, or ServiceNow-related advisory work.
- Deep understanding of telecom workflows including TSOM, TNI, TSM, ITSM, and FSM.
- Experience working with ServiceNow in a consulting or client-facing capacity.
- Proven ability to lead process discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Familiarity with telecom standards and frameworks such as TM Forum eTOM, SID, and Open APIs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and service management process design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business documentation skills including process maps, requirements, and business cases.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, collaborative consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand telecom operating models and pain points.
- Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes across service operations, network inventory, fulfillment, and customer support.
- Define current-state and future-state process flows, business requirements, and transformation roadmaps.
- Advise clients on aligning business processes with ServiceNow capabilities including TSOM, TNI, TSM, ITSM, and FSM.
- Support business alignment between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive and working sessions to align stakeholders on priorities and governance.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and KPIs.
- Define success metrics and operational KPIs to measure efficiency and service quality.
