Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or Retail consulting
- Knowledge of retail and supply chain processes including merchandising, buying, planning, allocation, and analysis
- Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- BA/BS degree
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience with retail systems support, administration, implementation, design, or configuration is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Leverage business expertise to advise customers on industry best practices
- Conduct and lead business process analysis and design sessions, including writing functional specifications
- Provide primary user support and verify that the system provides the required business functionality
- Prepare and present product demonstrations for customers, prospects, executive level audiences, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate and partner with Product Management and Product Development teams
- Provide thought leadership regarding industry trends and product direction
- Serve as a liaison to project managers and key customer contacts, including executive sponsors
- Compile and analyze quarterly performance reporting for customers
