Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Quality Analyst, or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience with automated testing platforms or tools such as Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, Postman, or UFT.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and translate functionality into clear documentation.
- Experience creating requirements, user stories, and test plans in an Agile/Scrum or iterative delivery environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting manual and/or automated testing activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage details, ask effective questions, and collaborate across teams.
- Able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet.
- Located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities
- Learn new systems, business processes, workflows, and data flows to support analysis and issue resolution.
- Partner with business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, test plans, and test scripts.
- Perform system validation, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to manual and automated testing for enhancements and maintenance.
- Communicate findings, risks, requirements, and testing outcomes to business partners, technical teams, and leadership.
