Requirements
- Master's degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) or equivalent work experience in Healthcare.
- 3-5+ years of experience with healthcare operations, managed care, value-based care payment models, ACOs, or bundled payments.
- Knowledge and mastery of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, A3, Design Thinking, Model for Improvement).
- Track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating projects resulting in measurable improvement.
- Working knowledge of financial analyses, cost accounting, and reimbursement methods.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex corporate system with matrixed reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Experience in quality/process improvement, project management, or design thinking.
Responsibilities
- Deploy multi-year improvement initiatives related to CMS and CMMI Government Programs.
- Provide management support to identify and implement utilization improvement and tactical financial targets.
- Motivate and direct internal work teams, set goals, and monitor project status and timelines.
- Plan, organize, and evaluate projects from concept to implementation, managing stakeholder needs and approvals.
- Serve as primary interface with key stakeholders, preparing performance measures and tracking outcomes.
- Communicate outcomes internally and externally, creating executive-level summaries and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with technology, operations, and analytics teams to develop robust workflow structures.
- Establish and implement sustainability plans for successful operational transformation.
