Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience, including implementation and client support.
- Advanced certification in Sage Intacct Construction and SCM modules.
- Strong understanding of construction industry operations, terminology, and business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple client projects and priorities.
- Strong accounting background, particularly within construction-related environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading teams within a consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with mid-sized or enterprise consulting organizations is a plus.
- Project management certification or equivalent project leadership experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal supervision.
- Provide timely client support by resolving or escalating support requests within established service expectations.
- Maintain strong project utilization by effectively managing time, priorities, and client commitments.
- Advise clients on new product functionality and provide strategic recommendations for future improvements.
- Document project activities, progress, and client interactions clearly to support accurate reporting and billing.
- Mentor junior consultants through coaching conversations, knowledge sharing, and project collaboration.
- Partner with project managers and consulting teams to maintain accurate project plans and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify out-of-scope requirements, support change order processes, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Maintain advanced certifications across key Sage Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance consulting processes and customer experiences.
