Job Details

Current Workday Partner HCM Certification.
At least one additional HCM certification, including Advanced Compensation.
2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Previous consulting experience within a software or technology consulting environment.
Experience implementing enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or Ultimate.
Strong understanding of human resources processes and functional HCM solutions.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Strong business analysis skills with experience gathering, documenting, and translating requirements into solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% depending on project requirements.

Provide functional expertise in the Workday HCM suite with a focus on Advanced Compensation solutions.
Lead or support Workday implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer.
Design and configure Workday solutions that align with client business requirements and industry best practices.
Partner with integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and external or custom systems.
Analyze complex requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and develop scalable solutions that support long-term client needs.
Support client adoption of Workday best practices through training, guidance, and effective communication.
Mentor junior consultants, share product knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
