Requirements

  • Current Workday Partner certification in Recruiting and/or Workday HCM.
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and implementation experience, with a strong focus on Recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous consulting experience within a consulting, software, or enterprise technology environment.
  • Experience implementing Workday or other enterprise HCM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or comparable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting business processes, HR operations, and Workday best practices.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, conducting functional analysis, configuring solutions, and supporting testing activities.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships and present technical concepts effectively.
  • Passion for customer success, mentoring teammates, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality consulting services.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% based on client and project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Recruiting solutions tailored to client business requirements and best practices.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, gather functional requirements, develop solution designs, and demonstrate system configurations through prototypes and client workshops.
  • Support Workday implementation projects by assisting with testing, validation, data conversion activities, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful client adoption.
  • Collaborate with integration consultants to configure and validate integrations between Workday and third-party or custom enterprise applications.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending scalable, efficient solutions that enhance recruiting processes and long-term system performance.
  • Mentor junior consultants by sharing product expertise, reviewing work, resolving complex challenges, and promoting continuous professional development.
  • Monitor project progress, communicate risks and status updates to project managers, and contribute to successful project delivery within established timelines.
  • Maintain current Workday certifications while staying informed about new product features, releases, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to proposal development, product demonstrations, knowledge sharing initiatives, and continuous improvement of consulting methodologies.
