Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience including project implementation and support.
- Advanced certification in Construction and SCM modules.
- Deep knowledge of construction industry terminology, business operations, and project structures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.
- Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment.
- Accounting experience in the construction field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal oversight.
- Provide timely client support by resolving or escalating cases within 24 hours.
- Maintain at least 70% billable utilization.
- Offer strategic insights to clients on new functionality and future planning.
- Document activities thoroughly to ensure accurate billing.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants through project support and discussions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project plans and task completion.
- Identify out-of-scope items, assist with change order creation, and escalate issues.
