Requirements

- Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn new CRM software.
- Must be located in Latin America.
- Must have own reliable laptop/computer.
- Must have own headset for calls.
- Must have a stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead conversations regarding software licensing and compliance cases via email, phone, and video.
- Review case details and analyze situations to support compliance efforts.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date data within the company CRM.
- Manage leads and utilize negotiation skills to effectively resolve compliance issues.
- Document internal processes and create reports to improve team performance.
