Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, collections, business development, customer engagement, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Experience using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Must be based in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Managing anti-piracy and software compliance cases from initial outreach through final resolution.
- Conducting strategic negotiations related to software licensing through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Engaging with businesses to understand compliance challenges and guide them toward appropriate licensing solutions.
- Reviewing investigation data, analyzing case information, and preparing accurate reports.
- Maintaining CRM records, tracking lead activity, and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Documenting processes and contributing to improvements in engagement strategies for the Brazilian market.
