Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, collections, business development, or customer engagement.
- Fully fluent in English (written and spoken) for internal reporting.
- Fluent in Portuguese for customer engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using CRM systems to track KPIs.
- Resilient, persuasive, and able to work independently.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Submit CV in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance and anti-piracy cases from initial contact to resolution, engaging directly with customers and internal teams.
- Manage important discussions regarding software licensing via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Turn non-compliant users into happy, licensed customers through strategic negotiation.
- Analyze investigation data to evaluate scenarios and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure all lead activities are accurately tracked in the CRM.
- Actively document workflows and share knowledge to improve engagement strategies.
