Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in a technical, engineering, or project environment, including internships or academic projects.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with modern engineering workflows, Agile methodologies, Git, cloud services, or project management tools.
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Comfortable using AI-based tools to improve productivity and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects involving software, hardware, design, and data engineering teams.
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, deliverable trackers, and status updates to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams regarding progress, blockers, risks, and next steps.
- Help identify and escalate project risks, scope changes, and dependencies to maintain delivery confidence.
- Participate in client meetings, internal project discussions, sprint planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with senior project leaders to strengthen project management processes and delivery frameworks.
- Assist with proposal development, project planning, and preparation for upcoming client engagements.
