Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects involving software, automation, process control, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience delivering projects within manufacturing or process industries such as cement, chemicals, refining, mining, pulp and paper, or similar sectors.
  • Proven ability to coordinate international, multidisciplinary, and remote technical teams.
  • Strong customer-facing project management experience with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience creating project plans, schedules, progress reports, and risk management documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Spanish proficiency is highly preferred for collaboration with teams and customers across Latin America.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to industrial sites across the Americas, with occasional international travel for coordination and training.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial software implementation projects across North and Latin America.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating communication between client teams, local partners, and internal technical resources.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, progress reviews, reporting activities, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project risks, dependencies, blockers, and operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, action plans, meeting notes, decisions, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate on-site activities at manufacturing facilities to support implementation, governance, and customer engagement.
