Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, operations, supply chain, consulting, or a related role.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and leadership levels.
- Proven ability to build project plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in operations, supply chain, inventory, logistics, or eCommerce (asset).
- Experience managing new product development (NPD) or product launch timelines (asset).
- PMP certification or formal training (asset).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational projects from planning through execution.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing, and external vendors.
- Support the rollout and optimization of operational systems and tools.
- Own product launch timelines from concept through market launch.
- Lead recurring cross-functional review meetings to track progress and surface risks.
- Develop project plans, status reports, risk logs, and executive-level documentation.
- Analyze operational performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
