Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or alliance operations supporting a B2B sales team.
- Hands-on experience with vendor partner portals such as Microsoft Partner Center or AWS Partner Central.
- Proficiency in managing CRM pipelines and building reports.
- Excellent written English proficiency for partner-facing communications.
- Demonstrated ability to document and execute processes through SOPs.
- Strong preference for experience in cybersecurity, identity, or cloud services channels.
- Strong preference for experience supporting a distributed or US-remote team from offshore.
- Familiarity with referral or co-sell fee structures.
- Ability to maintain 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Execute partner onboarding including agreement coordination, portal registration, contact mapping, and kickoff scheduling.
- Manage deal-registration submissions and renewals across vendor portals like Microsoft Partner Center and AWS Partner Central.
- Maintain the channel partner referral ledger, including attribution and fee payout tracking.
- Ensure CRM hygiene for the partner pipeline and produce weekly reports for leadership.
- Facilitate partner check-ins and QBRs by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items.
- Maintain company profiles, certifications, and program requirements within vendor portals.
- Coordinate training, certification tracking, and event logistics for the internal team.
