Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in operational management (managing projects, teams, business workflows).
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.
- Outstanding team leadership and mentoring skills.
- Resourceful self-starter able to manage own workflow.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to build consensus.
- Experience in the IT field (preferred).
- Experience with SDLC (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing Screening teams to achieve performance metrics and quality targets.
- Minimizing team turnover and maximizing team member satisfaction.
- Optimizing team structure to support changes in supply, growth strategy, and capacity planning.
- Planning, creating, and releasing new team initiatives and process updates.
- Working with vertical subject matter experts to optimize tasks and screening step content.
- Serving as an escalation point for talent disputes while monitoring and remedying issues.
- Leading the build-out of new talent specializations and hiring screeners.
- Monitoring talent screening passing rates, activation speed, and other key metrics.
