Requirements
- Practical experience writing Python scripts for automation and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Experience with data flow design and process redesign.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and custom code solutions.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or Gemini.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate team tasks.
- Analytical thinking and data fluency.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-directed, self-sufficient, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies and challenge legacy workflows across various departments.
- Implement AI-powered solutions to drive measurable business impact.
- Design and build integrations connecting new AI tooling with core database and legacy systems.
- Evaluate business value, calculate ROI, and prioritize incoming automation requests.
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate/delegate tasks for a team of 3-4 members.
