Requirements
- Practical experience writing Python scripts for automation and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
- Experience with data flow design and process redesign.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to delegate and coordinate tasks for a small team (3–4 members).
- Self-directed, self-sufficient, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical thinking and data fluency.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini).
Responsibilities
- Identify organizational inefficiencies and challenge legacy workflows.
- Implement AI-powered solutions to create measurable business impact.
- Design and build integrations connecting new AI tooling with core database systems.
- Evaluate business value, calculate ROI, and prioritize incoming automation requests.
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate/delegate tasks for a small team of 3-4 members.
- Lead data flow design and process redesign initiatives.
