Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building automation and tooling in a GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering context.
- Proven experience shipping and operating production systems at scale.
- Technical proficiency with the GTM stack including Salesforce, Gong, Vercel, Clay, and n8n.
- Hands-on development experience with Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Fluency with AI tooling including LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, prompting, and observability tools like Langfuse.
- Strong skills in data activation, including SQL, API integrations, and dbt.
- Experience with transactional and analytical databases such as Postgres and ClickHouse.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional partnership.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required; master's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based business models is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI and automation across the GTM motion: prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, outbound, deal support, and expansion/retention signals.
- Develop agents and workflows that run reliably at scale to reduce manual work for Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing teams.
- Instrument the customer lifecycle by connecting GTM systems and data to automate signal-based actions.
- Partner with field teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into usable systems.
- Own all builds end-to-end, including design, deployment, performance measurement, and ongoing production monitoring.
- Establish standards and guardrails for AI usage in GTM, focusing on data quality, prompt discipline, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Monitor the AI and automation tooling landscape to integrate best-in-class solutions.
