Requirements
- Experience building and owning systems that directly impacted growth or revenue
- Strong systems thinker with an end-to-end mindset
- Proficiency building workflows using APIs, automation tools, or light code
- Experience working with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows
- Ability to move from idea to system and measurable impact quickly
- High ownership and bias for action
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or Airtable (nice to have)
- Familiarity with analytics, attribution, or data pipelines (nice to have)
- Startup or high-growth environment experience (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product
- Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel
- Orchestrate tools like Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system
- Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals
- Build intelligent workflows including lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, and onboarding flows
- Define how AI is used across the entire customer lifecycle
- Identify bottlenecks and design systems to remove them
- Partner closely with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities
