Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working within product management, engineering, and GTM functions.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a software engineer or builder.
- Proven track record of shipping software that delivers measurable results.
- Strong product sense with the ability to define and champion successful solutions.
- Deep customer empathy and ability to conduct research to uncover user needs.
- Strong data fluency to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights into decision-making.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with significant independence and clear goal-setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Technical competence to understand high-level architecture and discuss scope and tradeoffs with engineering teams.
- Experience with CRM and modern GTM tooling such as Clay, Apollo, and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Increase total ARR contribution by building the infrastructure that helps Owner identify, route, nurture, convert, and retain high-quality demand.
- Build and improve billing systems, CPQ flows, Salesforce syncs, RevOps integrations, data stacks, lifecycle marketing engines, and internal communication workflows.
- Evolve Salesforce infrastructure toward a headless architecture that gives engineering and GTM teams more flexibility to build on top of it.
- Build the platform that enables Growth, Sales, and Launch teams to apply AI across their funnels—making every stage faster, smarter, and more efficient.
- Create a unified lead funnel spanning Growth, landing pages, Unified Sales Register, lifecycle messaging, and Sales and Launch workflows.
- Partner with Engineering, Analytics, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Launch to make the growth engine faster, clearer, and more reliable.
- Build the instrumentation, dashboards, and operating cadence that give the team real-time visibility into performance, lead bottlenecks, and trial conversions.
