Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering or automation-heavy Revenue/Sales/Customer Success Operations.
- Demonstrated experience building automations, integrations, or AI workflows (Zapier minimum, Python or APIs preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM and its impact on downstream reporting.
- Experience with Gong or a comparable call-intelligence platform to reduce manual data entry.
- Experience building automation around margin or pricing data.
- Proficiency with issue-tracking tools like Linear for managing multi-week technical workstreams.
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling applied to operational workflows.
- Ability to handle customer-facing conversations regarding billing, onboarding, and orders.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process elimination and system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Automate contract-to-billing configuration and validate terms before go-live.
- Drive new customers through onboarding activation to billing.
- Build billing reconciliation automation and resolve customer-facing billing disputes.
- Develop SIM order intake and logistics automation to reduce manual operational tasks.
- Build a renewal-admin engine including calendars, automated communications, and CRM field hygiene.
- Maintain account health and expansion signal systems to assist Account Executives.
- Track migration completion and coordinate customer communication with the Solutions team.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools into the post-sale technical stack.
