Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in team leadership within an Agile environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional IT teams, managing projects or programs.
- Strong expertise in planning, prioritization, and delivery management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Higher education in technical or related fields.
- Experience in change management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Proactive and autonomous mindset with a focus on team development.
- Polish (Good command) and English (Communicative level) language skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a Scrum team, fostering professional growth, mentoring, and providing regular feedback.
- Develop and uphold standards of work and a culture of quality across the team.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog planning, prioritization, and roadmap management.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and streamline workflows to ensure timely, stable, and high-quality deliveries.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and IT leaders to align project goals.
- Implement AI tools within SDLC processes to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Enhance team productivity through process improvements and best practices.
- Promote agile methodologies and ensure adherence to project management standards.
