Requirements
- 7 years of experience in software engineering/research
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning
- Track record in production Agentic AI
- Proven track record in Computer Vision and Agentic AI
- Experience designing scalable, production-ready AI architectures
- Proficient in English language (min. C1)
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, ONNX, Numpy, Pandas/Polars
- Strong proficiency in AWS/Azure, Pytest, VSCode, DVC
- Familiarity with the Computer Vision ML stack (OpenCV, Torch Vision, TensorRT, Vision Transformers)
- Familiarity with the Agentic AI stack (Agno, LangChain+LangGraph, Arize Phoenix/LangFuse/LangSmith, Milvus/Qdrant, LlamaIndex)
Responsibilities
- Conducting AI workshops with customers
- Estimating new projects
- Hands-on implementation of the code
- Planning the architecture and implementation for AI projects
- Contributing to the company-wide AI strategy
- Supervising the implementation of the projects
- Participating in the promotional activities of the company
- Participating in knowledge-sharing activities
