Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.
- Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production.
- Strong programming skills in Python with OOP design.
- Extensive knowledge of ML libraries such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or Tensorflow.
- Expertise in deploying solutions in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Experience applying LLMs (AI agents, semantic search, prompt engineering, RAG).
- High proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles (GitHub and GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with MLOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and validate Machine Learning models to support business objectives.
- Design AI solutions that address complex business challenges and drive value.
- Research, test, and select optimal tools and AI solutions for business requirements.
- Translate client needs and business problems into data science problems.
- Architect and oversee data pipelines and workflows while maintaining data quality standards.
- Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to build AI applications.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Prioritize and control tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.
