Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior or lead role involving architectural decisions and team mentoring.
- Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data and security models, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and org architecture.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining REST and SOAP integrations using named credentials and external services.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD best practices, including Salesforce DX pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
- Expertise in Salesforce deployment and environment management, including managed packages and sandbox management.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and project tracking tools such as Jira.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- English level: B2 or higher.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Salesforce development team and solution design reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce configuration.
- Oversee the Salesforce integration strategy and connectivity with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
- Plan and coordinate sprints and releases, including task assignments and team capacity management.
- Mentor and coach team members through one-on-ones, knowledge-sharing sessions, and individual development plans.
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration flows.
- Continuously evaluate development processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
