Requirements

  • 4–7 years of professional brand or graphic design experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity design.
  • Professional proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating AI design tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway) into active production workflows.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand identity systems and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Professional experience designing marketing materials for technical enterprise, cybersecurity, or IT buyers.
  • Hands-on proficiency with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere).
  • Experience building internal design tooling, templates, or design automation systems.
  • Experience designing landing pages and executing creative assets for conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing.
  • Familiarity with no-code or low-code design automation platforms, such as Webflow or HubSpot templates.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the core Axonius visual identity system, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, iconography, illustration style, and motion design.
  • Execute end-to-end design across a range of marketing deliverables, including digital advertisements, landing pages, email templates, sales decks, event signage, and tradeshow booths.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system, brand guidelines, and prompt libraries to empower cross-functional teams to independently produce on-brand assets.
  • Lead the development of AI-assisted design workflows utilizing tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway to accelerate asset production.
  • Lead agency relationships where needed to grow brand.
