Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent experience.
- 10 or more years of professional experience in graphic design, brand, creative marketing, design systems, and UX/UI.
- Figma power user with expertise in libraries, components, variables, FigJam, and Buzz.
- Proven experience building and governing enterprise design systems.
- Strong command of Atomic Design, responsive design, web design, and user experience principles.
- Expertise in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience creating motion graphics and animations.
- Strong experience designing presentations and sales enablement materials.
- Experience collaborating effectively with software development and product teams.
- Ability to utilize AI-powered design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, governance, and evolution of design systems and Figma component libraries.
- Shape and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity across the organization.
- Design scalable, accessible web experiences, templates, and UI solutions.
- Create marketing assets for digital, social, email, web, presentations, events, and print.
- Partner with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Produce motion graphics, animation, and video content.
- Champion smarter design workflows, documentation, and AI-enhanced practices.
