Requirements
- 6+ years of design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house team
- Real ownership over brand and digital work
- Portfolio showing range across brand identity, digital/UI design, and motion
- Strong fundamentals in typography, color, composition, and storytelling
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Track record scaling a brand's presence across multiple channels and formats
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain creative decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders
- Effective cross-functional collaborator
- Self-starter mindset comfortable with early-stage ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Concept, design, and deliver work across brand identity, web, campaigns, video, events, and print
- Translate Nabla's brand and product strategy into clear, original visual work
- Own creative execution independently, from early concept through final delivery
- Present work to stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership, with clear rationale behind creative decisions
- Track relevant design, motion, and digital trends, and bring the useful ones into Nabla's work
- Partner with product design to keep visual language consistent across every customer touchpoint
