Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in product management.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and scaling product organizations.
- Fluency in product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and roadmapping.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent workflows and designing agentic systems.
- Expertise in PRD writing, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- Ability to define and track metrics, OKRs, and quantitative data signals.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Experience in customer-driven decision-making and user research.
- Proven ability to make and defend resource-allocation and strategic trade-off decisions.
Responsibilities
- Set a clear, differentiated product vision and multi-quarter strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain evidence-based roadmaps grounded in market opportunity and customer needs.
- Chair the Strategic Product Council to set company-level product direction and allocate resources.
- Develop and manage the agentic PM loop to automate analytical tasks and improve team efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality products.
- Mentor and grow product managers while fostering a culture of strategic product craft.
- Define success metrics and OKRs to iterate on product performance and business outcomes.
