Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management.
- 5+ years of experience leading product management teams.
- Significant experience owning platform, infrastructure, or shared-services products.
- Proven experience in re-platforming or product consolidation for multi-product companies.
- Deep technical fluency in APIs, data architecture, and extensibility.
- Extensive experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Outcome-driven with experience making data-informed trade-offs.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development or LLM tools.
- Understanding of composable or headless architectures preferred.
- Experience in life sciences or high-tech domains is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define a multi-year platform strategy and vision for shared services including data models, security, workflows, and AI intelligence.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of platform product managers with a focus on platform-as-a-product standards.
- Drive the development of APIs, integration frameworks, and developer experiences for internal and external partners.
- Champion non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, security, and compliance for regulated industries.
- Establish governance and prioritization models for shared services across various product lines.
