Job Details

15+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Global Mobility, or Global Payroll.
Proven experience in executive leadership at the VP level managing multi-pillar organizations.
Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics, margin expansion levers, and partner monetization.
Strategic vision for leveraging AI, agentic systems, and automation in enterprise software.
Demonstrated success scaling and managing senior product leaders like Sr. Directors and Directors.
Exceptional executive influence and track record of consensus-building across cross-functional departments.
Experience with complex, highly regulated multi-jurisdictional SaaS platforms.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
MBA or equivalent executive experience strongly preferred.

Partner with the CPO to define the EOR growth and portfolio thesis including enterprise capabilities, AI, and integrations.
Drive product strategies for customer acquisition, expansion, retention, and market adoption.
Establish and meet outcomes for revenue growth, customer activation, and gross margin targets.
Define executive strategy for AI and agentic capabilities to improve operational velocity and margins.
Collaborate with executive peers in Revenue, Partnerships, Operations, Legal, and Marketing.
Scale and mentor a multi-tiered product organization managing senior directors and directors.
Engage with key enterprise customers and industry stakeholders to shape long-term product vision.
