Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in product management.
- 3+ years of experience working on data platforms, data infrastructure, or internal data products.
- Hands-on Web3 experience (wallet, exchange, L1/L2, data provider, or DeFi protocol).
- Practical knowledge of on-chain data including blocks, transactions, and UTXO/account models.
- Familiarity with the token data landscape (CoinGecko, CMC, Chainlink, DEX pricing).
- Understanding of data warehouse layering (ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS) and event tracking design.
- Ability to read and write SQL to independently pull and validate data.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the product roadmap for the data platform, including data ingestion, parsing, and metrics frameworks.
- Lead multi-chain data ingestion and parsing (EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, Cosmos) and define standardized parsing logic.
- Manage token and market data selection, governance, and cross-validation across various data sources.
- Package data capabilities into APIs, datasets, and self-serve analytics tools for downstream teams.
- Build monitoring and incident response processes to ensure data quality and standardized metric definitions.
- Partner with data engineering, backend, and BI teams on requirement breakdown and delivery.
