Requirements
- 5+ years of real-world experience as a Senior Systems Engineer.
- Proven experience designing and shipping systems at scale in a professional environment.
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind technical decisions.
- Strong technical communication skills to explain complex topics clearly.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content drafting and iteration.
- Strong English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Attention to detail and ability to work proactively toward deadlines.
- Ability to commit between 20 to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Review and shape the existing syllabus draft to validate topic sequencing and scope.
- Define clear learning objectives for each topic.
- Produce lessons using AI-generation tools, ensuring content is fact-checked and technically sound.
- Design realistic hands-on projects and exercises for working engineers.
- Write supporting documentation including project instructions, rubrics, and reviewer guides.
- Iterate on content based on feedback from LX designers.
