Requirements
- Hands-on development experience in frontend and backend.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript.
- Experience building backend API services using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Strong desire to learn Elixir and Phoenix.
- Philosophy of writing automated backend tests.
- Ability to translate design mockups (e.g., Figma) into frontend implementation.
- Proactive and self-motivated work style.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Experience working with GraphQL APIs preferred.
- Understanding of software architecture and data modeling preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop frontend and backend features for the Hiive platform.
- Learn and apply Elixir and Phoenix frameworks in production.
- Collaborate with team members and founders to build products.
- Refactor and improve the existing codebase.
- Create high-quality, functional, and delightful user interfaces.
- Participate in building an excellent and supportive engineering culture.
