Requirements

  • Experience in an operations, implementation, customer success, product operations, or delivery-adjacent role.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to track multiple moving parts.
  • Comfort performing light technical or system configuration work.
  • Confidence leading training or onboarding sessions for non-technical users, particularly in clinical or healthcare settings.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks without close oversight.
  • Clear and calm communication skills for managing client interactions.
  • A bias toward action and iterating on processes.
  • Experience in a fast-moving startup, healthtech, or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in healthcare, the NHS, or other regulated, complex sectors.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with product operations workflows.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with project/delivery tooling such as ticketing systems, configuration platforms, or LMS tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, training, and rollout activities to take clients from signed-off design to live, working pathways.
  • Manage the handover of newly live pathways into steady-state support.
  • Provide hands-on support for live client accounts, addressing process bottlenecks and user needs.
  • Conduct and iterate on training sessions for clinical and administrative staff.
  • Manage day-to-day configuration changes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine delivery playbooks, checklists, and templates to scale operations.
  • Monitor delivery status across the client portfolio to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Identify and escalate client risks or dissatisfaction to the wider delivery team.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering to log and track resolution of configuration issues and bugs.
