Requirements
- 5+ years of Operations Management experience in the tech industry.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary or cross-functional teams.
- Experience in pre-revenue/pre-profit startups and companies with established processes.
- Proven proficiency in expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, cost optimization, and documentation.
- Experience working with fully remote, distributed production teams.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Understanding of AI tools to transform roles for increased quality and velocity.
- Game development or mobile apps development experience is a plus.
- Experience with web3 projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Guide execution on identified goals and challenges during a 12-month term.
- Support leadership decision-making with cost, risk, resource, and feasibility analysis.
- Manage expense tracking, purchase approvals, vendor relationships, and operational budgets.
- Identify and escalate blockers to product development to maintain timeline alignment.
- Partner with Project Managers to plan scope, timelines, and costs for product milestones.
- Collaborate to identify inefficiencies and optimize process delivery time and cost.
- Standardize recurring operational processes to support company scaling.
