Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps within a tech environment.
- Strong data skills including SQL or equivalent proficiency.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Strong system-thinking mindset with a focus on solving organizational friction through process.
- Experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment.
- Experience aligning operations across Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Quicksight, SQL, Excel) to enable evidence-based decision-making.
- Define and report on key product health metrics such as adoption, retention, and support load.
- Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure collaboration.
- Manage the end-to-end process for product releases, including launch checklists and retrospectives.
- Standardize product team workflows and build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility and feedback cycles.
