Requirements

8+ years of proven success in SaaS sales focused on complex mid-market and enterprise customers.
Experience selling services or software into real estate, financial services, insurance, or other member-based organizations.
Demonstrated success acquiring and expanding mid-market and enterprise customers through consultative sales strategies.
Strong executive-level relationship-building, discovery, and consultative selling skills.
Proven experience managing complex commercial negotiations and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-up discipline.
Superior relationship-building and communication skills with executive audiences.
Ability to navigate complex organizations and multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated and collaborative with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through contract execution for mid-market and enterprise-level opportunities.
Partner closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to advance qualified opportunities through the commercial sales process.
Prospect within assigned vertical markets through targeted outreach and the existing partner and customer ecosystem.
Conduct consultative discovery conversations and tailored product demonstrations for executive stakeholders.
Develop tailored proposals that align solutions with customer business goals and long-term growth strategies.
Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and implementation planning.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while managing multiple complex opportunities.
