Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warranty operations, dealership accounting, or related automotive roles.
- Strong understanding of OEM/DMS workflows and schedule reconciliation.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and lead others.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with operational schedule coverage.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and standard accounting systems.
- Comfort using the WarrCloud Platform, DMS systems, and OEM software.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Accounting Specialists and their assigned dealers, conducting regular 1:1 meetings for performance and development.
- Monitor schedule compliance, reconciliation progress, and manage workload distribution.
- Maintain light schedule coverage on approximately 5 accounts to remain grounded in operational work.
- Support Specialists with account issues, escalations, and complex process questions.
- Review reconciliation work to identify and resolve discrepancies or processing gaps.
- Partner with Lead Admins and Customer Success teams to improve schedule hygiene.
- Coordinate and deliver training on WarrSchedule, OEM procedures, and DMS workflows.
- Recommend operational improvements and assist in implementing new tools and reporting processes.
