Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its implications for program design.
  • Strong understanding of US and international statutory pay reporting, pay equity, and gender pay gap requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation and survey systems (Pave, Compa, Comptryx, Radford, Workday preferred).
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience building models and working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker are a plus).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain process compliance.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple deadlines across concurrent cycles.
  • Effective written and verbal communication for translating regulatory requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end process for all statutory pay reporting obligations in the US and internationally.
  • Serve as internal expert on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, translating requirements into actionable policies.
  • Lead and manage annual and ad-hoc salary survey submissions across providers like Radford and Comptryx.
  • Act as the primary Compensation Systems SME for Pave, Compa, Comptryx, Radford, and Workday.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance teams to ensure deliverables meet regional statutory requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and equity concerns.
  • Support the design and maintenance of compensation policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on pay transparency requirements and their workforce implications.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into compensation and benchmarking data.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to proactively identify compliance gaps.
