Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping consumer products, ideally on mobile, from zero to one.
- Demonstrated product judgment and experience building under real constraints.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI or LLM-powered features.
- Strong analytics and experimentation instincts, with familiarity in tools like Braintrust, Mixpanel, Looker, or Snowflake.
- Experience or understanding of behavior change principles.
- Experience designing for a regulated space, specifically identifying the boundary between coaching and clinical care.
- Understanding of the challenges in AI development, including accuracy, member trust, and non-deterministic outputs.
Responsibilities
- Drive the AI Coaching roadmap, turning member insights, behavior science, and business goals into shipped work.
- Build for trust, designing the guardrails and human-in-the-loop moments that keep members safe and confident.
- Run a sharp measurement practice: clean experiments, the right metrics, and real evidence behind key decisions.
- Partner tightly with the App and Enrollment teams on shared work and shared goals, keeping everyone aligned around member outcomes.
- Design and implement AI-powered conversations, nudges, and interventions for member behavior change.
