Requirements
- 8+ years of technical product management experience, including leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Comfortable spending significant time directly with customers or end users as core product work.
- Track record of taking a product from point solution toward platform or contributing to platform, integration, or data-surface products.
- Exceptional ability to translate customer needs into strategic product direction.
- Deep expertise in prioritization frameworks and product decision-making under uncertainty.
- Strong technical acumen, including system architecture, integrations/APIs, and data platforms.
- Ability to influence at all levels and align teams on strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.
- Experience mentoring and developing other product managers.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas from the floor to the boardroom.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the CPO to develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap that establishes Prism as the agentic operating platform for the data center.
- Translate the platform vision into a sequenced, fundable roadmap and drive delivery across teams.
- Regularly visit and join customer calls to observe production usage and gather unfiltered feedback.
- Translate customer pain into clear, high-quality product requirements.
- Lead the delivery of key integrations to close the loop from detection to diagnosis to action.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to sequence and ship platform capabilities for broader, safer autonomy.
- Support the expansion of the Prism user base to new personas and buyers, including facilities and infrastructure leadership.
- Establish frameworks for prioritization, discovery, and risk mitigation, and mentor other PMs.
