Requirements
- 4+ years of proven, top-tier experience as a BDR, SDR, or similar role.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others (e.g., team lead, senior rep, or peer mentor).
- Familiarity with CRM software (preference for HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics for pipeline management and coaching.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a remote team.
- Ability to perform tasks such as multi-threading and lead recycling.
Responsibilities
- Carry a reduced individual quota, qualifying marketing leads and setting team standards.
- Present products to potential clients and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage overall team performance and ensure achievement of leadership-defined goals.
- Coach and develop BDRs through call and email reviews, live feedback, and one-on-ones.
- Onboard and ramp new BDRs to improve SQL run rates.
- Own team qualification standards and pipeline discipline, including multi-threading.
- Run pipeline reviews and hold team members accountable to activity, conversion, and quota targets.
- Maintain and improve the team's script and qualification framework.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop new lead-generation campaigns.
- Deliver performance reports and handle people management duties in coordination with the Director of Marketing.
