Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in collections or customer service.
- Experience supporting customers over the phone.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven de-escalation and negotiation skills.
- High level of competency with PC and software applications.
- Ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships by monitoring payments and identifying business building and risk management opportunities.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure timely payments and negotiate arrangements.
- Provide timely approval of orders for assigned accounts and cover for teammates as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation within company systems.
- Manage customer accounts within credit limit guidelines and process limit reviews.
