Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience.
- CRM or Salesforce experience.
- College degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Passion for Real Estate investing.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with high standards.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and growing organization.
- High empathy and desire to help others.
- Experience in formulating and presenting solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Proactively build your borrower book of business comprised of real estate investors.
- Operate as the champion of the customer for all borrower needs.
- Support client needs on their timetables, including occasional weekend and evening coverage.
- Advise borrowers throughout the origination process regarding pricing, valuation, and rehab project scope.
- Deliver complete loan application files ready for underwriting.
- Drive repeat business to produce incremental growth.
- Partner with customers to qualify for mortgages, obtain documentation, and guide them through the application process.
- Work cross-functionally with the Operations team to resolve loan issues.
