Requirements
- Proven track record delivering software or technology implementation projects ranging from $500k to $1MM.
- Experience in a professional services environment, such as a consulting firm or agency.
- Skilled in managing multiple simultaneous engagements with delivery teams of 2-4+ FTEs.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques.
- Understanding of financial concepts, including margin and revenue recognition.
- Experience with project estimation and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Scrum Master certification and experience with Jira, Trello, or Asana preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain delivery roadmaps based on client priorities and backlogs.
- Develop and maintain project schedules outlining activities, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, burn, and revenue recognition.
- Lead project execution, negotiating scope and managing project team alignment.
- Manage and mentor other project managers to ensure delivery excellence.
- Identify, review, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Plan and manage all internal and external project communications.
- Participate in business development by overseeing scoping, estimation, and proposals.
